Manual therapy

Serves to treat functional disorders of the musculoskeletal system. Special tests are used to determine where the main problem of the movement disorder comes from. In the therapy blockades are solved, this is done by means of special hand grips on joints and muscles. In addition, stretching or pulling on the muscles improves movement and reduces pain.

Cupping Head Therapy

In this therapy, glasses are applied to the skin by negative pressure. The negative pressure results in a significant improvement in blood circulation and stimulation of the metabolism. This is characterised by a haematoma and remains visible for about 2 to 4 days.

The therapy is very good for stubborn tension points and deep-seated muscle tension. Afterwards kneading (massage technique) and different shifting techniques are applied.

Myo Facial treatment

This therapy consists of muscles and fasciae that are treated. Through stretching and special grip techniques, muscles are stretched and the fasciae surrounding the muscles are made more slippery to ensure that they can be moved around the muscle. A feeling of lightness may occur after the treatment.

Abdominal massage Colon therapy

This massage can relieve constipation and flatulence by stimulating the peristalsis of the intestine (natural intestinal movement). It also relieves abdominal pain which is due to these causes.

Cannot be used for the following diseases: inflammation of the intestines such as ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease and appendicitis.

Manual lymph drainage

It is used to treat swelling and water retention caused by venous disorders and after operations (e.g. after cancer operations). Another field of application is after long periods of sedentary work without movement (flights). This form of therapy serves to stimulate the lymph flow and reduces water retention. The treatment leads to an improvement in mobility and a lighter feeling of the affected area. Due to the stimulating treatment, the lymphatic system works faster up to 72 hours after the treatment.

Scar treatments

Scar treatments can be applied to all scars, whether they are incisions, surgical scars or burn injuries. In the case of burns, the skin should have healed to avoid infection. Reasons for this treatment are discomfort on or around the scar, whether there is too much or too little sensation, as well as restricted movement and pain.

Kinesio Taping

The special adhesive tape can be applied in 2 different ways. One of them can have a relaxing effect like a micro massage on the underlying muscle layers. On the other hand, it can have a tensing effect, which is particularly useful in cases of poor posture or increased mobility of various joints.  

Furthermore, Kinesio Taping prolongs the effect of the previous treatment.
